We work with solopreneurs, freelancers, startup teams, and small businesses. Pretty much anyone who’s building something and needs a system that actually works. Is this tech support or more like business coaching?

It’s somewhere in between. We'll help you choose and set up tools, yes—but the bigger value is in how those tools are used to support your goals. It’s strategy + systems + hands-on guidance. Less “reset your password,” more “let’s map out your client onboarding flow.”

Do you offer team training?

Do we ever! As seasoned technical trainers, we specialize in offering live training (or async video walkthroughs) to get you or your team up to speed on new systems. It’s especially useful when onboarding to a new platform or rolling out a process across multiple people.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the scope. Whether it's a one-time setup, a multi-session system build, or ongoing coaching. After the free discovery call, we’ll send over a proposal based on what you need (no surprise invoices, no hidden costs).

How does billing work?

After your free discovery call, we’ll send over a proposal with a flat-rate quote based on the scope of work. For most projects, we charge a fixed fee so you know exactly what you're paying for—no hourly surprises, no creeping costs. For ongoing coaching or support, we can set up a monthly retainer or flexible check-in plan that fits your pace. Payment is handled securely online, and we’ll always agree on everything up front before any work begins.

What tools do you specialize in?

Our resident workflow expert is either certified or extremely well-versed in tools like ClickUp, monday.com, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, Notion, and others designed to support lean, modern operations. That's because we've tested them extensively, and believe in their impact. But we're not married to any single platform. It’s all about what works best for your workflow, not what’s trending. If you are already working with a tool, we can still work with you to provide insights to help you get ahead.

Do you do full tool setups or just offer advice?

Both. Some clients want strategic direction and can handle the setup themselves. Others want us to roll up our sleeves and build it with them (or for them). We’ll figure out what works best for you during the discovery call.

How do I know if I need this?

If you have no idea where to start in your hunt for a new tool, you’re constantly switching tools, recreating the same processes, or spending more time managing work than doing it, this is for you. We'll help you get organized, focused, and confident in your systems so you can actually grow.

What if I just need a second opinion on my current setup?

Totally fair. We offer one-off workflow audits where we review your tools, spot gaps, and offer quick wins. No long-term commitment required, just a transparent flat and affordable fee, and you're on your way to doing your thing with confidence.

What if I am just getting started and don't have starting capital?

Trust us, we totally get it. We've been there. We know what it’s like to have the motivation and vision, but not the budget to hire full-on support when you start. That’s exactly why we started SaaS Quest in the first place: to help people like you work smarter with the tools that are already out there, many of which have powerful free plans.
